4 Laws for Worldwide Successful Business

Building a worldwide successful business thriving in 6 continents doesn’t sound like the easiest of task, but following the unfailing formula instituted at creation will make this task as fun as operating an ice cream machine.

Below let’s look at the four simple but effective laws for worldwide dominion. Laws to which business giants like Microsoft, Facebook, Mac Donald’s etc. owe their success.

Be Fruitful (Produce)

The first law of business success is to produce. Every successful business must be based on one good product. If you must dominate the world, you must think of one good product that will be a solution to a specific problem or crisis affecting the world and produce/manufacture. With that done, you will have in your hands a solution to a problem for which people are ready to pay for. [Case Study: Microsoft, Facebook, Mac Donald’s etc. all have a good product that solves a particular problem in world. This respectively will be the problems of computing, social communication and fast food]. However, having a good single product cannot guarantee business success. Your product must be available to all which leads to the next law of success…

Multiply (Reproduce)

Just like one good burger cannot feed the world, so also one good single solution (product) cannot meet the world’s needs. So you must get to the next stage of success which is to develop a mechanism to reproduce identical copies of your product. [Case study: Mac Donald’s developed a mechanism to reproduce billions of burgers each year and it is the same burger all over the world in America, Europe, Australia]. With the second law in place, a mechanism to reproduce to good product, you are on the right track. However, nothing destroys a business faster than dead inventory, so the next stage of success is to get that product out there.

Fill the earth (Distribute)

Your product is not for you but for the market, so you have to deliver your solution to the places plagued by the problem or crisis it is meant to solve. What makes your product successful is its capacity to solve the problem it was created to solve, so no need to bother whether it will be adopted or not. If your solution solves the problem sufficiently better than any other existing solution then people will adopt it without hesitation. Very rare are situations where people resist a better, effective, efficient and cost effective solution.

[Case study: Facebook translated and are still translating their site into all major languages so it could be used by more people over the world] Well done! You have a good product, you are reproducing it, you have delivered it to the market and the cash is rushing in. All that sounds like the epitome of a successful business but you haven’t accounted for one thing – Competition! This is where our 4th law comes in.

Subdue (Control)

One of the biggest challenges in business is to wrestle with competition because you spend more time responding than actually creating. Law 4 talks of controlling the market by setting the trend of things. This requires a great deal of leadership & innovative spirit as producing new samples and designs of your product without adequate certainty of their success will be the risk to always consider. [Case study: Microsoft controls the operating systems market by continuous innovation on Windows OS from the MS DOS to Windows 10 we now have today. Hence, they set the market trend and become the image of operating systems worldwide.]

Remark

Those are the four laws of business success and even though they may seem simple, they have an effectiveness guaranteed by the Creator of the Universe Himself. Laws which He handed down to the human species at creation as recorded in the first book and chapter of the Bible Genesis 1:26&28.

Gen 1:26

26 Then God said,”Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Gen 1:28

28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them,”Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

NKJV

Verse 26 gives an instruction for dominion, which was not limited to the literal sense of increasing in human population as implied by the Hebrew words used. And verse 28 gives the steps to achieve that goal of dominion. Therefore you have the potential and capacity to create a successful business because you were created for dominion. Not over humans but over the earth.

Finally, we can see that dominion and business success is not a pursuit but a result obtained from following the creational laws of success. A wise man once said

“Poverty is not the lack of money but the lack of ideas – the lack of productivity” – Dr. Myles Munroe.

Conclusion

As a recap, come up with an ideal solution to a real problem, reproduce your solution, distribute it to the crisis stricken area, set the trend for the market and you will have yourself a worldwide successful business.
